Westlake Boys Basketball Tryouts

Westlake Boys Basketball Tryouts will be starting Nov. 9th at 2:30 pm. Boys will need to have a completed physical, a completed Tryout checklist, a copy of end of quarter grades and proof of insurance. All forms can be picked up in the school office or copy center. If you have questions, please contact Coach Robinson.

Open gym will continue each day between 2:30 and 4 pm. Come ready to play!!

Bantam Clinics Oct 29th & Nov 5th at 6 pm

We will continue to have the Bantam Basketball Clinics on Oct 29th at 6:00 to 8:00 pm for boys in 5th to 8th grades at the Westlake High Aux. gyms. Coaches will be organized and boys will receive skill development instruction and team selection determined. Contact John Strubell at coachstrubell@aol.com. See you there!

BASKETBALL CAMP FOR 3RD- 8TH GRADES
Starting NOVEMBER 14, 2009 at the Westlake Gyms
3rd – 5th Grades from 8:30 – 10:00 am
6th – 8th Grades from 10:15 - 11:45 am
Dates will be Nov 14, 21, Dec 5, 12, 19
Cost: $36

BOYS AND GIRLS WILL LEARN FUNDAMENTALS AND DRILLS THAT WILL IMPROVE THEIR BASKETBALL SKILLS plus receive a THUNDER BASKETBALL JERSEY
they can get into the Westlake High School Basketball games
for free with a paying adult!!
(Jr. Jazz and Jr. Flash Coaches are encouraged to attend the Clinic to learn the drills Coach Robinson wants them to master!)

BANTAM Basketball Clinics

It's time for BASKETBALL! We will be hosting Bantam Basketball clinics starting Oct. 22nd, at 7:00 pm in the Westlake Aux. Gyms for Boys 5th-8th grade. We are looking at having 2 teams per grades. July Basketball Schedule

July open gym schedule will be every Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 9 - 11 am. We will have both gyms and by the middle of July we will be in the main gym! YEA!

Westlake Basketball Fundraiser Dinner at BETO's, June 18th

Everyone is invited to come eat dinner at Beto's on Thursday, June 18th from 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm. Come enjoy a great dinner and support Westlake Boys Basketball! See you there!

FIRST THUNDER CAMP A GREAT SUCCESS!

Last week was amazing for 164 boys that attended the first Westlake Thunder Basketball camp in the new High School gyms. Thanks to all parents that help their boys to attend and build their basketball skills.
